  • What do you do?
    In one simple sentence, Amchella offers luxury pop-up party hire and event styling for special occasions. Our range of events includes sleepovers, bell tent parties, luxe picnic parties, movie nights, igloo experiences and wedding dens. Whatever the event, you do not have to lift a finger! Our full delivery set up, styling and collection service ensures your event is completely stress and hassle free because we come to your house or venue, fully set-up and lovingly style your event, then we come back at the agreed time to collect everything.
  • What's included in your Sleepover Parties?
    Every Amchella sleepover includes everything you need for the perfect luxury sleepover party; CE compliant sleepover tents, super comfy hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses, all the bedding (sheets, pillowcases and blankets), pillows, fairy lights and lanterns, luxury accent cushions, themed accessories and decorations, hot water bottles, sleep masks and water bottles. We have lots of different themes for boys and girls, so you can choose one theme or mix ‘n match - it’s your party, so it’s your choice!
  • What's included in your Luxe Picnic Parties?
    Of course, you get one of our signature tents decorated to match your chosen party theme. Styling pieces including fairy lights, rugs, tealights, table décor and luxury accent cushions to suit your chosen theme. Our luxe picnic parties also come with our stunning low-level picnic tables and themed place settings. All you need to do is provide the food!
  • Do you offer Bell Tent parties?
    Our gorgeous bell tent is designed to be used in your garden for the ultimate party experience. A beautifully dressed bell tent could add a magical and unique setting to any party celebration such as luxe picnic parties, tea parties, wedding play dens, date nights, engagement parties, hen parties, baby showers, children’s birthday parties..... the list of events where our magnificent bell tent could be the focal point is endless!\ To host a fabulous bell tent party, you will need is a flat level space in your garden or venue that is 7m x 7m (this allows for the guy ropes to be pegged down safely and securely). Please check the size of your garden and that the space is free from paving, decking, furniture, overhanging trees and other obstacles to allow for guy ropes and safe set up. Please note, our bell tents cannot be out in winds that exceed 50mph. If the wind conditions exceed this, for safety reasons, the booking will need to be rescheduled. Our bell tent season is from April to September. So, if you’re planning a fun and fabulous bell tent party, contact us early to avoid disappointment!
  • What's included in your Sleepover Bell Tent package?
    Our fully styled bell tent sleepover package comes with super comfy hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses, pillows, bedding, blankets, fairy lights, rugs, and luxury accent cushions and styling pieces to suit your chosen theme or colour scheme. Our bell tents are waterproof and fire retardant that complies with BS5852 European fire-retardant safety standards.
  • What's included in your Luxe Lounge Bell Tent package?
    Our fully styled Luxe Lounge bell tent package comes with tables, bean bags, blankets, fairy lights, rugs, and luxury accent cushions and styling pieces to suit your chosen theme or colour scheme. Our bell tents are waterproof and fire retardant that complies with BS5852 European fire-retardant safety standards
  • What's included in your Luxury Igloo Experiences?
    Our fully styled dining experiences come with a beautifully dressed dining table and chairs for up to 8 people, lighting, heating, tableware, fairy lights, LED chandelier, drinks trolley, and styling accessories to a theme or colour of your choice. Our movie night igloo experience comes with festoon lighting, heating, 4 luxury (and super comfy) bean bag chairs, a 100” screen, projector and stand, DVD player and a sound bar for a surround sound experience, as well as lots of styling accessories and luxury accent cushions, fairy lights, LED chandelier rugs, blankets and, of course, popcorn for a perfect night at the movies! All you need to supply is the movie! Our gorgeous picnic igloos come with a low-level picnic table, table décor, place settings, rugs, and luxury accent cushions to suit your chosen theme. Our waterproof igloos are 3.6m in diameter so you need to ensure you have a flat level area that is 3.7m x 3.7m for safe installation. We can only install on paving or decking due to issues with condensation if igloos are setup on grass. Please note, our igloos cannot be out in winds that exceed 40mph. If the wind conditions exceed this, for safety reasons, the booking will need to be rescheduled.
  • What's included in your Movie Nights Cinema Experience?
    Our movie nights package brings the full cinema experience to you! Can be used inside or outside as part of your Amchella Events experience or you can hire it on its own. The basic package is for 4 party guests and includes a 100” screen, a projector and stand, DVD player, power extension lead, as well as mountains of comfy cushions, rugs, blankets and of course popcorn for the perfect night at the movies! All you need to do is supply the movie as we do not supply any movies due to copywrite laws. Our equipment is compatible with lots of different devices - Firestick, Roku box, LaptopPS3 /4, Xbox, TV boxes such as Sky and Virgin – using an HDMI cable that we supply, allowing you to online stream your own Netflix or film streaming accounts onto the big screen! Alternatively, if your chosen device requires a WiFi connection, please take this into account when selecting your set-up area, especially if this is outdoors. The equipment is not waterproof so it should not be left outside overnight. If during your hire, the weather conditions become unsuitable for outdoor use (wet and / or windy) the equipment should be brought indoors. Our projector has 5500 lumens which is an excellent spec for outdoor use, however we recommend the best time to use the equipment outdoors is at dusk as the picture will be enhanced by the dimmer light conditions giving you the best experience. Obviously if you are setting up your movie night experience indoors, all you need to do is turn of fthe lights and shut the curtains / blinds.

  • What mattresses do you use?
    To ensure your party guests get a good night’s sleep at your sleepover party, we do not use unreliable air beds. We provide super comfy hypoallergenic memory foam mattresses for maximum comfort. Two mattress sizes are available – standard mattresses are 180cm x 90cm and our small mattresses are 160cm x 70cm.
  • How much space do I need for the Bell Tent?
    For our outdoor bell tent, you will need a relatively flat level area in your garden or venue that is approximately 7m by 7m. Our bell tent is 5m, so we need the extra space to ensure the tent’s guy ropes are safely and securely attached to the ground.
  • How much space do I need for an Igloo?

  • What if it rains on the day of my Luxe Picnic booking?
    Given the unpredictability of the British weather, we ask that you always have a Plan B in case the weather isn’t very good on the day of your booking. We suggest a watertight and waterproof gazebo or indoor space is available in case we cannot set up outdoors.
  • What areas do you cover?
    We operate within a 10-mile radius of BR5, which means we cover the following postcode areas: All BR and SE postcodes, DA 1-10 & DA 14-18 TN13-16,DR2,6&7,RH8
  • What is your delivery charge?
    Parties within a 10-mile radius of Petts Wood will have the delivery costs included in their party package. We frequently receive requests to travel far and wide in the South-East and, of course, we are happy to travel out of our free delivery area, however there is a small delivery fee of £50 plus mileage costs of £1 per mile to cover the time and petrol implications associated with travelling further distances to setup and style the party. (Please note the mileage costs are applicable on the return journey for both delivery and collection of the sleepover party hire).
  • How do I make a booking?
    Once you have decided on your party size and theme please contact us through our Facebook or Instagram pages, via email on amchella@icloud.com or call / DM us on 07368 252132 to make the booking. If you haven’t quite decided on a theme, don’t worry, we are happy to discuss the options with you.
  • How do I pay?
    When you book with us, we will issue a booking invoice. We kindly request a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure the party date with the remaining balance due 14 days before the party.We accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.
  • Damages and breakages waiver
    In addition to the £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, there is also a refundable damages and breakages waiver of £100 for bell tent, movie night and igloo hire and £50 for all other parties required at the time of booking. This will be refunded to you after the party, within 7 days of the event, so we can thoroughly check the equipment for heavy soiling, breakages or missing items. In the unlikely event that any items are damaged or missing, replacement costs will be deducted from the refundable damages andbreakages waiver. Any attempted repairs to items damaged will void the damages waiver and no refund will be given.
  • What time do you set up?
    We will arrange a suitable time to set up for you on the day of the party, as well as a convenient time to come and collect the following morning. All we need from you is the room or area to be cleared so there is enough space for us to work our magic! Set up can take between 1-2 hours depending on the package, number of tents and level of styling required.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations will incur the following charges: Less than 1 weeks’ notice - 100% of the booking value. Within 1 months’ notice – 75% of the booking value 1 month+ notice – may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount of deposit paid, unless we are able to fill the cancelled slot or at the discretion of Amchella Events and Sleepovers Ltd All cancellations or changes to bookings must be notified in writing and will only be accepted from the date the email or notification is received.
